Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy
All payments made on AuraHeal are non-refundable. By completing a booking and payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Overview
AuraHeal operates a strict no refund policy for all bookings and services made on auraheal.in. Once a payment is successfully processed, it is final and non-refundable under any circumstance, except as outlined in Section 4 (Technical Failures) below.
We encourage all customers to review the service details, healer profile, and session information carefully before making a booking.
2. No Cancellation Refunds
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of when the cancellation is requested. This includes cancellations made well in advance of the scheduled session.
3. Rescheduling
While refunds are not provided, customers may request to reschedule their session subject to healer availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time by contacting us at hello.auraheal@gmail.com.
Rescheduling is at the discretion of the healer and AuraHeal, and is not guaranteed. No refund will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.
4. Technical Failures & Failed Payments
The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a confirmed technical failure where:
- Payment was deducted from your account but the booking was not confirmed due to a system error on our end.
- You receive a payment failure message but the amount was still debited.
In such cases, please contact us immediately at hello.auraheal@gmail.com with your transaction ID and screenshot. We will investigate and process a refund within 7–10 business days if the failure is verified.
5. No-Shows
If a customer does not attend a scheduled session (no-show), the full session fee is forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be provided for missed sessions.
6. Service Dissatisfaction
AuraHeal does not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with session outcomes. Holistic healing services are deeply personal and results vary by individual. All healers on our platform are verified practitioners who deliver services as described. We encourage customers to review healer profiles and service descriptions before booking.
7. Agreement
By proceeding with a booking and payment on AuraHeal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
