1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AuraHeal ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and healers registered on auraheal.in.
2. About AuraHeal
AuraHeal is an online marketplace that connects individuals seeking holistic healing services with verified healing practitioners ("Healers"). AuraHeal facilitates discovery and booking of services but is not itself a healthcare provider. All healing services are provided by independent practitioners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello.auraheal@gmail.com.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to healer availability and confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
- Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- AuraHeal charges a platform fee on each booking, which is included in the displayed price.
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email upon successful payment.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
AuraHeal operates a no refund policy. All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a verified technical failure. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
7. Healer Conduct
Healers registered on AuraHeal agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their qualifications, modalities, and services.
- Conduct sessions professionally and ethically.
- Not misrepresent their services as medical treatment or a substitute for professional medical advice.
- Respect client confidentiality and privacy.
- Honour confirmed bookings or notify the client and platform promptly if unable to do so.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use AuraHeal to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or healers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Circumvent platform payments by transacting directly off-platform.
- Use the platform for any purpose other than its intended use.
9. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
AuraHeal does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content on this platform is for informational and wellness purposes only. Holistic healing services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on AuraHeal — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the property of AuraHeal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraHeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with healer services, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
